Rajeeva Tiwari

Founder & Director

Rajeeva founded Bhuma in 2017 and is leading its evolution from a software-focused firm into one of the most innovative emerging players in real-time payments and financial infrastructure.

With 20+ years of experience across real-time payments processing, prepaid cards, and financial crime, Rajeeva has worked with organisations including Vocalink, FCA, Lloyds Banking Group, Cognizant, and Perot Systems. He played a key role in delivering Faster Payments, BACS, and TCH’s real-time payment system.

Rajeeva holds a BE in Computer Technology and completed an Executive Education programme at London Business School. He continues to focus on collaborative innovation and ecosystem-led growth.

Kapil Mohan

Technology & Architecture Leadership

Kapil brings 20+ years of experience in architecting, designing, and developing enterprise-scale solutions.

Before joining Bhuma, he was a Senior Computer Scientist at Adobe Systems, working across Digital Marketing and Server Technologies. His expertise spans big data ecosystems, cloud computing, content management systems, REST APIs, and more recently distributed ledger technologies.

Kapil holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT Kanpur and leads Bhuma’s work in modern platforms, data, and scalable architecture.
